How Long Do I Have Access For?

All of our courses provide access for 6 months.  If you need more time, you will need to reach out to us.

How Long Is My Exam Voucher Valid For?

All of our exam vouchers are valid for 1 year, unless otherwise specified.  If you need an extension on your exam voucher, you will need to contact us.  We can only extend exam vouchers prior to them expiring.

What Should I do if my Exam Voucher Expires?

Exam Vouchers expire after 1 year from the purchase date, give or take a couple days. Once an exam voucher expires, it cannot be redeemed. Exam Vouchers can be extended, but only if done before the voucher expires. If you feel you will need an extension, you can purchase one. Just reach out to us with your current exam voucher code and ask for an extension. We will provide a link to purchase the extension and process it.

Can I Retake the Exam if I Do Not Pass on the First Try?

It depends. If you purchase the Take2 option with any of our courses, then you will have the ability to retake the exam if you are not happy with your first take. How this process works is for any exam voucher with the Take2 option attached, PeopleCert will email you a new voucher code approximately 3 business days after taking the exam the first time. You will then use this new voucher code to schedule and take the exam again.

All of our public, instructor-led classes automatically include the Take2 option at no additional cost. Our On Demand courses do not include it and it must be added on at the time of purchase. Once an exam voucher or On Demand course is purchased, the Take2 cannot be added to the exam voucher. The exception to this is if you go to PeopleCert’s website and add the Take2 during your exam scheduling. The price increases for Take2 option significantly though.

Will I Receive Reminders for Upcoming Classes or Exam Deadlines?

For any of our public, instructor-led classes, we do send out calendar invitations for the class you are enrolled in. Our course materials and exam voucher materials will also display the expiration date of your exam voucher clearly.

PeopleCert does automatically send out reminder emails for exam vouchers that are nearing expiration to the email address used to redeem that voucher code.

If you have not redeemed the voucher code yet, then you will need to track the expiration date yourself. For any of our instructor-led classes, we do send out 6 month and 9 month reminder emails if you have not taken the exam by that point.

Can I Access the Course on Multiple Devices?

Yes. As long as you are able to login to your account, you can access this portal on as many devices as you would like.

Do I Need to Complete the Lessons in Order?

Not necessarily. However, we have structured the lessons in an order that we have found the most success with in training our students. There may be some courses that will need to have the previous lesson completed before being able to move on, however by default most of our courses, the lessons can be viewed in any order.
